I lost my score — can you restore it?
Unfortunately not. The score is stored only on the device with no server backup, so it is permanently gone once the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
The game is silent.
Check the device’s silent switch and media volume, then make sure SETTINGS → Sound is on inside the game. You may also have muted individual sounds: tap the SOUNDS heading to unfold the eight switches underneath it.
Vibration does nothing.
SETTINGS → Vibration has to be on. On iPhone, Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics must also be on: with it off, notifications still buzz but app haptics are silently dropped.
The flashing bothers me / I am photosensitive.
Turn off SETTINGS → Screen flashes: the merge and level-up flashes, the colour wobble and the danger warning’s pulsing edge all stop. Screen shake turns off the camera shake. The game is fully playable with both off. The full warning is in section 5 of the Terms of Use.
The game stutters or the phone heats up.
SETTINGS → Quality → Low reduces the effects and makes a clear difference on lower-end devices.
Can I remove the ads?
Yes. SETTINGS → Remove ads (or REMOVE ADS on the title screen) is a one-off purchase that removes the banner for good. It is tied to your store account, so RESTORE brings it back when you reinstall. Reward videos stay optional either way.
How do I change my ad consent?
Where the consent form is offered, use the privacy options screen shown when the game starts. You can also reset your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device.
