1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern the use of Overpressure, published by MEP TASARIM. By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game and remove it from your device.
2. Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game’s code, artwork, audio assets and design belong to MEP TASARIM and are protected by copyright.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the Game, distribute modified versions, run it with automation or cheating tools, interfere with the advertising system, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Advertising
The Game is free and funded by a single fixed banner at the bottom of the screen. Ad content is served by Google AdMob; we do not select it and do not endorse advertisers’ products or services. Ads are not personalised.
The one-off “Remove ads” purchase removes that banner. It is tied to your store account, comes back with RESTORE when you reinstall with the same account, and refunds are governed by the store’s own rules (Google Play or Apple). Reward videos remain optional after the purchase.
5. Photosensitivity warning
The Game uses brief full-screen flashes on merges and level-ups. During a chain those flashes can arrive one after another, fractions of a second apart.
A small number of people may have a seizure triggered by flashing lights or patterns, including people with no previous history of epilepsy. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, confusion, involuntary movement or disorientation while playing, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
In the game, Settings → “Screen flashes” turns those flashes off along with the colour wobble that accompanies them, and holds the danger warning's pulsing edge still. “Screen shake” turns off the camera shake. The Game is fully playable with both switched off.
6. Game data
Your best score and settings are stored only on your device. Because there is no server-side backup, this data is permanently lost if the app is uninstalled, its data is cleared, or the device is changed or fails. Recovering it is technically impossible.
6. Updates and availability
We may change the Game’s features, publish updates or discontinue distribution. The Game is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Warranty and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Termination
The licence terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by removing the Game from your device.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction; consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts at their place of residence.
