This privacy policy covers the Android and iOS versions of KiraKontrat Lease Agreement Creator developed by MEP TASARIM.
Purpose of the App
KiraKontrat is a mobile tool that helps users prepare, save and preview lease agreement text and generate and share PDF/JPEG output based on information they enter.
The app does not provide legal advice, official document verification, attorney approval or a government service. The parties should check the information, current law and, where necessary, professional advice before signing.
Accounts, Sign-In and Remote Archives
The app does not use sign-in, membership or account creation. KiraKontrat has no developer-operated cloud account, server-based agreement archive, remote synchronization or remote agreement restore service.
Data Stored Locally
KiraKontrat does not send agreement text or agreement content entered by the user to an app-owned server. The following information may be stored locally on the device so the app can operate:
- Party information: Names and contact details, addresses, identity or tax numbers for the landlord, tenant and any guarantor.
- Property information: Province, district, neighborhood, full address, property type, intended use and handover status.
- Rent and payment information: Rent amount, currency, payment day, bank/IBAN information, deposit and rent increase notes.
- Additional information: Fixture lists, handover notes, special terms and user-entered explanations.
- App preferences: Information acknowledgement, advertising/privacy choices and remove-ads or purchase status used for app operation.
The user decides which information to enter and should review it before sharing, exporting or printing.
Local Records, Backups and Data Control
Agreement drafts and records are stored on the device. Android Auto Backup is disabled so app-managed agreement records are not silently included in Android backup.
On iOS, agreement records are kept in the app's local sandbox; KiraKontrat does not provide a developer-operated cloud restore service. Device- or operating-system-level backup behavior is governed by the user's Apple and device settings.
Uninstalling the app or clearing device data may delete in-app local records.
PDF/JPEG Output and Sharing
PDF files and JPEG page images are generated on the device from agreement data entered by the user. Saving, exporting and sharing are initiated only by the user.
Once an output is transferred to another app, folder, messaging screen, email draft or cloud service, KiraKontrat cannot reliably delete those copies. The sharing destination and file content remain under the user's control and responsibility.
Advertising and Privacy Choices
- Android: A Google AdMob banner may be displayed in the free version.
- iOS 1.0.3: There is no in-app banner. A non-personalized rewarded ad may be shown before PDF or JPEG output/sharing.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): UMP may be used to manage advertising privacy choices and consent flows where applicable.
iOS ad requests use npa: true, and the app does not request iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
KiraKontrat does not send agreement text or user-entered agreement content to the advertising network. Under its own terms, the advertising SDK may process technical information such as device or other identifiers, advertising and app interactions, approximate location inferred from the IP address, ad-request information and diagnostic data to serve, measure and secure ads and for analytics and fraud prevention.
Purchases and Payment Information
If a one-time feature such as Remove Ads is enabled on Android, the transaction may be handled through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes payment information; the app uses only the information needed to verify or locally store ad-free status based on the purchase result.
iOS version 1.0.3 has no in-app purchase or subscription.
KiraKontrat does not collect, store or process credit-card, debit-card or payment-method details.
Feedback Email
Report Issue and Send Suggestion in Settings open the user's email app with info@meptasarim.com as the recipient. The user decides whether to send the email and what it contains. KiraKontrat does not send silent feedback in the background.
Data Deletion and User Rights
The user may delete saved agreements and drafts in the app, reset local app records with “Delete Data on This Device” in Settings, or uninstall the app. Android users may also clear app data in system settings.
Because there is no account or user-data store on a developer server, there is no server-side account-deletion process. PDF/JPEG copies previously transferred to another app or location are not affected by these local deletion actions.

Developer Testing and Distribution Tools
Firebase may be used for Android developer testing and distribution through App Distribution and optional Test Lab. Codemagic and App Store Connect may be used for iOS build and distribution processes. The released app does not include runtime Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.
Not Directed to Children
KiraKontrat is not directed to children. Its intended audience is users aged 18 and over, landlords, tenants, real estate consultants and adults who want to prepare lease agreements.
Security and User Responsibility
By default, KiraKontrat keeps agreement records on the device. Technical data processing by third-party services such as advertising and payments is governed by the relevant provider's infrastructure, terms and policies.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should take care when storing or sharing sensitive information such as identity details, addresses, IBAN information and agreement content.
Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current policy link may be shared in Google Play, the App Store and, where applicable, inside the app.
