This privacy policy applies to the Android and iOS versions of VAT & Withholding Tax Pro developed by MEP TASARIM.
VAT & Withholding Tax Pro is a calculation tool that helps users perform VAT and withholding tax calculations quickly and for informational purposes.
The app does not provide accounting, tax advisory, e-invoice/e-archive or tax return filing services. Users should check current legislation and consult a qualified accountant before official transactions.
The app does not use sign-in, membership or account creation. There is no developer-operated cloud account, server-based calculation archive or synchronization through a user account. Depending on the user’s Android or iOS settings, operating-system device backup features may back up some locally stored app data.
The app does not send calculation amounts or calculation history to the developer’s own servers. The following information may be stored locally on the device:
Amounts entered for VAT and withholding calculations are not stored as persistent history unless the user explicitly saves them.

Technical data processing by these services is governed by the relevant provider’s infrastructure, terms and privacy policies. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads iOS data disclosure and Apple Privacy Policy.
Free users may see Google AdMob banner ads in the Android and iOS app. When VIP / ad-free use is active, the app does not show the banner ad area.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process technical information such as coarse location inferred from an IP address, device or app-scoped identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, non-user-related crash logs and performance data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, performance improvement, security and fraud prevention.
UMP may show a privacy message based on the user’s region and applicable requirements. An ad request is made only after UMP indicates that ads may be requested. Where required, the user can reopen privacy options from the app’s Settings section.
The current iOS version does not request permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and does not request authorization to access the IDFA through ATT. AdMob may process only identifiers permitted by the operating system, the user’s privacy choices and Google’s applicable configuration.
The app does not collect, store or process credit card, debit card or payment-method information.
On Android, the VIP / ad-free purchase is processed through Google Play Billing. On iOS, it is processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit. Payment-method information is processed by Google or Apple. The app uses only product information, purchase/transaction status and the entitlement result required to activate or restore VIP access.
The VIP purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and is not a subscription. A user can restore a previous purchase with the same store account by selecting “Restore Purchases” in the app.
The developer does not sell calculation history to third parties or upload it to its own servers. Technical, advertising or transaction data processed by AdMob, UMP, Google Play and the Apple App Store/StoreKit may be transferred to those providers’ servers and processed through their global infrastructure. Such transfers are governed by the relevant provider’s privacy policy and applicable law.
Calculation history and local VIP status may remain on the device until the user deletes them, clears app data or uninstalls the app. Some local data may return if restored from an operating-system backup. Retention of advertising, consent and purchase records by Google and Apple is governed by their policies and legal obligations.
The app relies on security mechanisms provided by the mobile operating system to protect local data. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can provide an absolute guarantee of security.

Because the app does not create user accounts or store calculation history on the developer’s servers, there is no developer-side user account to delete. For purchase and payment records held by Apple or Google, users should use the privacy tools and support channels associated with the relevant store account.
VAT & Withholding Tax Pro is not directed to children. The intended audience is users aged 18 and over.
This privacy policy may be updated when app features, integrated SDKs or legal requirements change. The current policy link will be available in the Google Play and Apple App Store listings and inside the app.
