Bu gizlilik politikası, MEP TASARIM tarafından geliştirilen Arsa Ölçüm Programı için hazırlanmıştır; hem Google Play’de yayımlanan Android sürümünü hem de App Store’da yayımlanan iOS (iPhone ve iPad) sürümünü kapsar. İki sürüm aynı ürün olsa da bazı bileşenleri farklıdır; bir madde yalnızca tek platform için geçerliyse bu açıkça belirtilmiştir.
Arsa Ölçüm Programı; arsa, tarla ve arazi üzerinde alan, çevre ve mesafe ölçümlerinin harita üzerinden hızlı ve bilgilendirme amaçlı yapılmasına yardımcı olan bir teknik ölçüm aracıdır.
Uygulama, resmi ölçüm belgesi, tapu/kadastro belgesi, mühendislik raporu veya hukuki belge yerine geçmez. Resmi sınır, tapu, kadastro veya hukuki işlemler için yetkili kurum kayıtları ve profesyonel ölçüm hizmetleri esas alınmalıdır.
Uygulama kullanıcı girişi, üyelik veya hesap oluşturma kullanmaz. Bulut hesabı üzerinden senkronizasyon yoktur. Ölçüm projeleri varsayılan olarak cihaz üzerinde lokal olarak tutulur.
Uygulama kendi sunucusuna ölçüm projesi, çizilen alan veya GPS izi göndermez. Aşağıdaki bilgiler uygulamanın çalışması için cihaz üzerinde işlenebilir veya lokal olarak saklanabilir:
Ölçüm projeleri uygulamanın kendi sunucusuna gönderilmez. Dışa aktarma veya paylaşım yalnızca kullanıcının seçtiği hedefe yapılır.
iOS’a özel: Kayıtlı projeler uygulamanın kendi destek dizininde yerel JSON dosyaları olarak tutulur. Uygulamanın Apple gizlilik bildirimi (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) izleme yapılmadığını beyan eder ve uygulamanın kendisi için toplanan veri türü listesi boştur.
Konum verisi hassas veri kabul edilir. Uygulama konum izni olmadan manuel harita ölçümünü kullanmaya devam edebilir; ancak canlı konuma gitme ve GPS ölçüm modları için cihaz konum izni gerekir.
GPS Alan ve GPS Mesafe modlarında kullanıcı konumuna göre ölçüm noktaları oluşturulabilir. Bu bilgiler ölçüm hesabı için cihaz üzerinde işlenir ve kullanıcı kaydetmediği sürece kalıcı proje kaydı olarak tutulmayabilir.
Android’de kullanıcı GPS Alan veya GPS Mesafe takibini açıkça başlattığında uygulama, aktif ölçümün ekran kapandığında veya uygulama görünür değilken yanlışlıkla kesilmemesi için konum türünde bir foreground service çalıştırabilir. Takip boyunca Android tarafından devam eden bir bildirim gösterilir. Kullanıcı takibi uygulama içinden veya bildirimdeki Durdur eyleminden sonlandırabilir. Bu davranış gizli ya da kullanıcı tarafından başlatılmamış arka plan konum takibi değildir ve uygulama sürekli arka plan konum izni istemez. Ölçüm noktaları uygulamanın kendi sunucusuna gönderilmez; kullanıcı kaydetmeyi veya dışa aktarmayı seçmediği sürece aktif ölçüm kapsamında cihazda işlenir.
iOS’ta uygulama yalnızca “Uygulamayı Kullanırken” (When In Use) konum izni ister; “Her Zaman” izni hiçbir koşulda istenmez. Kullanıcı GPS Alan veya GPS Mesafe takibini kendisi başlattığında oturum, uygulama ön planda değilken kesilmemesi için iOS’un konum arka plan modunu kullanır; bu süre boyunca iOS’un kendi görünür konum göstergesi ekranda kalır. Takip kullanıcı durdurduğunda sona erer.
Android’de uygulama harita görüntüleme, harita etkileşimleri ve konum servisleri için Google Maps SDK, Google Play Services Location ve ilgili Google servislerini kullanabilir.
iOS’ta harita Google değil, Apple’ın MapKit çerçevesidir. Harita karolarını, uydu/hibrit görünümü ve harita etkileşimlerini Apple sağlar; konum CoreLocation üzerinden alınır. Bu işlemler Apple’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve iOS sürümünde Google Maps SDK bulunmaz.
Google Maps SDK; cihaz bilgileri, SDK sürüm bilgileri, IP adresi, harita etkileşimleri, hata/çökme ölçümleri ve Google tarafından tanımlanan SDK tanımlayıcıları gibi verileri kendi hizmetlerini sağlamak, güvenliğini korumak ve iyileştirmek amacıyla işleyebilir. Bu işlemler Google'ın gizlilik politikası ve ilgili hizmet şartlarına tabidir.
Android’de kullanıcı şehir, ilçe veya yer araması yaptığında yazdığı arama metni Android Geocoder hizmetine iletilir. Geocoder, cihaz ve işletim sistemi sağlayıcısına bağlı olarak ağ üzerinden bir harita veya geocoding hizmeti kullanabilir ve sorgu ile gerekli bağlantı/cihaz teknik bilgilerini kendi şartları kapsamında işleyebilir. Yer araması yalnızca haritayı ilgili konuma yaklaştıran yardımcı bir özelliktir; çevrimdışı ölçüm motorunun parçası değildir ve ağ veya Geocoder sağlayıcısı kullanılamadığında sonuç vermeyebilir. Uygulama bu arama sorgularını veya sonuçlarını kendi sunucusunda saklamaz.
iOS’ta aynı yer araması Apple’ın MapKit arama servisi (MKLocalSearch) ile yapılır; yazdığınız arama metni bu servise iletilir ve Apple tarafından kendi şartları kapsamında işlenir.
TKGM düğmesi yalnızca Türkçe arayüzde ve geçerli bir alan ölçümü bulunduğunda gösterilir. Kullanıcı düğmeye dokunduğunda uygulama, geçerli alanın içinde hesaplanan temsil koordinatını TKGM Parsel Sorgu adresine ekler ve sayfayı harici tarayıcıda açar. Geçerli alan yoksa koordinat aktarılmaz. Uygulama TKGM/MEGSİS verisini çekmez, çözümlemez, önbelleğe almaz veya parsel katmanı olarak göstermez. Parsel Sorgu sayfası ve verileri TKGM tarafından sağlanır. Uygulama resmi ölçüm, tapu veya kadastro belgesi üretmez.
Uygulama ölçüm sonuçlarını KML, GeoJSON veya benzeri dosya formatlarıyla dışa aktarma işlevleri sunabilir; iOS’ta paylaşım iOS’un kendi paylaşım sayfası üzerinden yapılır. Dışa aktarılan dosyalar; koordinatlar, alan, çevre, mesafe, proje adı ve tarih gibi bilgileri içerebilir.
Bu dosyaların hangi uygulama, kişi veya servisle paylaşılacağı kullanıcının tercihine bağlıdır. Kullanıcı dışa aktardığı veya paylaştığı dosyaların içeriğinden ve paylaşım hedefinden sorumludur.
Ayarlar bölümündeki Uygulamayı Paylaş eylemi yalnızca genel mağaza bağlantısını ve kısa tanıtım metnini sistem paylaşım ekranına gönderir. Bu eylem ölçüm koordinatı, proje adı/notu, ekran görüntüsü veya KML/GeoJSON dosyası eklemez. Proje dışa aktarma bundan ayrı bir işlemdir ve yalnızca kullanıcı ilgili projeyi dışa aktarmayı veya paylaşmayı seçtiğinde çalışır.
Hata Bildir ve Öneri Gönder eylemleri kullanıcının kendi e-posta uygulamasını alıcı ve konu alanı hazırlanmış şekilde açar. E-postanın gönderilip gönderilmeyeceğine ve içeriğine kullanıcı karar verir. Uygulama ölçüm koordinatlarını, proje adını/notunu, ekran görüntüsünü veya dışa aktarma dosyasını e-postaya otomatik olarak eklemez.
Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır:
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü, uygunluk ve geçerli reklam/gizlilik tercihleri izin verdiğinde Google AdMob banner reklamları gösterir. Reklam alanı kullanıcının aktif ölçüm akışını kesmeyecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
Google AdMob reklam gösterimi sırasında cihaz veya diğer kimlikler, uygulama işlemleri, reklam etkileşimleri, IP adresinden yaklaşık konum çıkarımı ve teşhis verileri gibi bilgileri reklamların gösterilmesi, reklam performansının ölçülmesi, analiz ve sahtekarlığın önlenmesi amaçlarıyla toplayabilir veya paylaşabilir.
iOS’a özel: Uygulama Apple’ın izleme izni (App Tracking Transparency) ekranını göstermez ve reklam tanımlayıcısına (IDFA) erişmez. Bu nedenle iOS sürümünde uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında izleme yapılmaz; reklamlar bu anlamda kişiselleştirilmez. Yalnızca banner reklam gösterilir; açılış reklamı, tam ekran geçiş reklamı ve ödüllü reklam yoktur.
Uygulama kredi kartı, banka kartı veya ödeme yöntemi bilgilerini toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemez.
Reklamları Kaldır tek seferlik bir satın almadır: Android’de Google Play, iOS’ta App Store üzerinden sunulur. Ödeme bilgileri ilgili mağaza tarafından işlenir. Uygulama yalnızca satın alma sahipliğini doğrulamak ve reklamsız kullanım durumunu cihazda saklamak için gerekli bilgileri kullanır.

Uygulamada hesap oluşturma ve geliştirici sunucusunda kullanıcı hesabı/veri deposu bulunmadığı için sunucu tarafında hesap silme işlemi yoktur.
Arsa Ölçüm Programı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulamanın hedef kitlesi 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar, saha personeli, çiftçiler, emlak danışmanları ve teknik kullanıcıları kapsar.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle yapılan veri aktarımları ilgili servislerin güvenli bağlantıları üzerinden gerçekleşir. Kullanıcının kaydettiği ölçüm projeleri varsayılan olarak lokal cihaz depolamasında tutulur.
Hiçbir sistemin mutlak güvenlik garantisi veremeyeceğini hatırlatırız. Kullanıcılar hassas koordinat ve proje dosyalarını paylaşırken dikkatli olmalıdır.
Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel politika bağlantısı Google Play ve App Store mağaza kayıtlarında ve uygulama içinde paylaşılacaktır.

This privacy policy applies to the Land Area Measurement App developed by MEP TASARIM, covering both the Android version on Google Play and the iOS (iPhone and iPad) version on the App Store. The two builds are the same product but some components differ; where a clause applies to only one platform, that is stated explicitly.
Land Area Measurement App is a technical measurement tool designed to help users make quick, informational area, perimeter and distance measurements for plots, fields and land on a map.
The app is not an official survey document, land registry/cadastre document, engineering report or legal document. Official boundary, title deed, cadastre or legal procedures should be based on authorized institution records and professional surveying services.
The app does not use user sign-in, membership or account creation. It does not synchronize data through a cloud account. Measurement projects are stored locally on the device by default.
The app does not send measurement projects, drawn areas or GPS tracks to our own servers. The following information may be processed on the device or stored locally so the app can function:
Measurement projects are not sent to an app-owned server. Export or sharing sends data only to the destination selected by the user.
iOS only: saved projects are kept as local JSON files in the app’s own support directory. The app’s Apple privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares that no tracking takes place and lists no collected data types for the app itself.
Location data is considered sensitive data. The app can still be used for manual map measurements without location permission; however, moving to the live location and using GPS measurement modes requires device location permission.
In GPS Area and GPS Distance modes, measurement points may be created based on the user's location. This information is processed on the device for measurement calculations and may not be stored as a permanent project unless the user saves it.
On Android, when the user explicitly starts GPS Area or GPS Distance tracking, the app may run a location-type foreground service so the active measurement is not accidentally interrupted when the screen turns off or the app is no longer visible. Android displays an ongoing notification while tracking. The user can stop tracking in the app or with the Stop action in the notification. This is not hidden or unprompted background location tracking, and the app does not request continuous background-location permission. Measurement points are not sent to an app-owned server; they are processed on the device as part of the active measurement unless the user chooses to save or export them.
On iOS the app requests only “While Using the App” location authorization; “Always” authorization is never requested. When the user starts GPS Area or GPS Distance tracking themselves, the session uses the iOS location background mode so it is not cut off while the app is not in the foreground, and the system’s own visible location indicator stays on screen for the whole session. Tracking ends when the user stops it.
On Android the app may use Google Maps SDK, Google Play Services Location and related Google services for map display, map interactions and location services.
On iOS the map is Apple’s MapKit, not Google. Apple supplies the map tiles, the satellite/hybrid view and the map interactions, and location comes from CoreLocation. Those operations are subject to Apple’s privacy policy, and the iOS build contains no Google Maps SDK.
Google Maps SDK may process device information, SDK version information, IP address, map interactions, error/crash metrics and SDK identifiers defined by Google in order to provide, secure and improve its services. These processes are subject to Google's privacy policy and applicable service terms.
On Android, city, district or place text entered by the user is passed to Android Geocoder. Depending on the device and operating-system provider, Geocoder may use a network map or geocoding service and process the query and necessary connection/device technical information under that provider’s terms. Place search only assists map recentering; it is not part of the offline measurement engine and may be unavailable when the network or Geocoder provider is unavailable. The app does not store these search queries or results on an app-owned server.
On iOS the same place search runs through Apple’s MapKit search service (MKLocalSearch): the text you type is passed to that service and processed by Apple under its own terms.
The TKGM button appears only in the Turkish interface and while a valid area measurement exists. When the user taps it, the app adds a representative coordinate calculated inside the valid area to the TKGM Parcel Query URL and opens the page in an external browser. No coordinate is transferred when there is no valid area. The app does not fetch, parse, cache or display TKGM/MEGSIS data as a parcel layer. TKGM provides the Parcel Query page and its data. The app does not produce an official survey, title-deed or cadastral document.
The app may allow users to export measurement results in KML, GeoJSON or similar file formats; on iOS the sharing runs through the system share sheet. Exported files may include coordinates, area, perimeter, distance, project name and date.
The app, person or service with which exported files are shared is chosen by the user. Users are responsible for the contents of exported or shared files and the sharing destination.
The Share the App action in Settings sends only a public store link and short product text to the system share sheet. It does not attach measurement coordinates, a project name/note, a screenshot or a KML/GeoJSON file. Project export is a separate operation and runs only when the user chooses to export or share that project.
Report Issue and Send Suggestion open the user’s email app with the recipient and subject prepared. The user decides whether to send the email and what it contains. The app does not automatically attach measurement coordinates, project names/notes, screenshots or export files.
The app uses the following third-party services:
The free version displays Google AdMob banner ads when eligibility and applicable advertising/privacy settings allow. The ad area is designed not to interrupt the user's active measurement workflow.
During Google AdMob ad delivery, device or other identifiers, app activity, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP address and diagnostic data may be collected or shared for ad delivery, ad performance measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.
iOS only: the app does not present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and never accesses the advertising identifier (IDFA). No tracking across apps and websites therefore takes place in the iOS build, and ads are not personalised in that sense. Only banner ads are shown — there are no app-open ads, no full-screen interstitials and no rewarded ads.
The app does not collect, store or process credit card, debit card or payment method information.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase: through Google Play on Android and through the App Store on iOS. Payment information is processed by the relevant store. The app uses only the information required to verify purchase ownership and store the ad-free usage status on the device.

Because the app does not create user accounts and does not store user accounts/data on the developer's server, there is no server-side account deletion process.
Land Area Measurement App is not directed to children. The intended audience includes users aged 18 and over, field personnel, farmers, real estate consultants and technical users.
Data transfers involving third-party services are performed over the secure connections of the relevant services. Measurement projects saved by the user are stored in local device storage by default.
No system can provide an absolute guarantee of security. Users should be careful when sharing sensitive coordinates and project files.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current policy link will be shared in the Google Play and App Store listings and inside the app where applicable.
Note: Measurement results are provided for informational and preliminary evaluation purposes. Official survey, title deed, cadastre or legal procedures should be based on authorized institution records and professional surveying services.
